Returns
All non-defective parts are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee based on the item sold. All returned products must be 100% complete. Defective items will be replaced if possible or the entire sales amount of the product will be refunded. Defective items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Freight costs associated with returned items are at the sole discretion of the seller and unless otherwise authorized by seller, all RMA's should be sent on the customer's account or package could be declined and returned. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped back to Express IT Options. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage.
