Return Policy

All non-defective parts are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of Express IT Options, based on the item being returned.  All returned products must be 100% complete. 

Express IT Options will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account.  All defective items must be returned to Express IT Options within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.  Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by Express IT Options.  Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to Express IT Options.  Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
